Sofitel is always top notch. Rooms are big for NYC, quiet and spotless. Fitness center is good, and great midtown location. Bed super comfy.

Great location & nice restaurant but the staff, especially the bellmen, are Outstanding. Can’t say enough about the staff. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel is stylish and very clean.

Despite the crowd and the noise outside, when you enter Sofitel, you enter a different world. This is our third time staying. The lobby is tastefully designed. The rooms are very spacious, everyhing feels new. Beds are extremely comfortable, it is our home away from home.

Sofitel has very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and lobby, and it’s a great location. It’s close to everything but not in the middle of all of the noise. We were on the 16th floor and heard no street noise at all.

Customer service was phenomenal. This includes room service, concierge, housekeeping, and the front desk. Loved the food ALTHOUGH more vegan or plant based options would be nice. I know it's French and French food is famous for it's rich cuisine so I was happy that there was healthy options for me to choose. Also the hotel itself is a beautiful hotel.

Sofitel Hotel exceeded expectations. The doorman was able to put our car in valet within 5 minutes of arrival. He was polite and courteous and there was always a doorman to get us a cab. And boy did he work hard for those cabs when it started raining. The check in staff was helpful and polite. The lobby was immaculate and tastefully decorated for the season.
